By making order(s) &/or payment to High Societie, you're agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:

(1) All merchandise sold are non refundable and non exchangeable.

(2) All merchandise order(s) are not exchangeable once High Societie has confirmed the order(s) with you.

(3) High Societie is not liable for any loss or damage towards normal/registered mail postage services. However, it will be advisable for you to select the registered mail postage option for safer delivery.

(4) High Societie's website content, including Terms and Conditions, are subject to change any time by High.Societie.

(5) All prices quoted in High Societie are in Singapore Dollars (SGD$).

Payment Method

Step(1): Place Your Order
Once you have decided on the merchandise(s) you want, please email us at High.societie@gmail.com to place your order. In your email, please include the following :

Once High Societie has received your email order, we will send you a reply email within 48 hours. Please make payment within 3 days of the reply email. If we do not receive the payment within 3 days, or if there is no explanation provided, we regret that the order will be considered void. Kindly refer to the Terms and Conditions before making your order and payment.

Step (2): Payment Mode
High Societie offers 2 modes of payment:
- ATM Transfer
- Internet banking

For ATM transfer, please transfer the total payment for the merchandise(s) order to:POSB Savings Account. For your personal reference, please retain your ATM transaction receipt as evidence of the transaction. Like-wise for Internet-banking, please retain any form of relevant document(s) as evidence of the transaction.

Step (3): Transaction details (by email)
After making your payment, please send your transaction details to us by email,

Step (4): Collection method
(i) Meeting Location
In event that you prefer to meet and collect your merchandise(s), High Societie offers 5 meeting locations:
West - Choa Chu Kang MRT/Bukit Panjang LRT
North - Toa Payoh MRT
Central - Tiong Bahru MRT
Central - Cluny Court

(ii) Mail Postage
Conversely, you could receive your goodies in the comfort of your home through normal/registered mail postage services.
